Cindy is Head of Marketing at Singtel International Group where she is creating new capabilities within the organization and developing new brands for emerging businesses of gaming and mobile financials for Singtel in Singapore, and across the Singtel Associate markets in the region.
Always curious, relentless and passionate about making a difference, Cindy comes with over 19 years of regional and local marketing experience in major international companies. She is a firm believer of being “consumer-first” when it comes to developing holistic experiences that are insight-based from product innovation to brand communication to new markets expansion.
Prior to Singtel, Cindy was Marketing Director in General Mills overseeing the Häagen-Dazs brand in Asia and Middle-east region where she led step-changing brand and product portfolio restages, digital and mobile revamps, CRM & E-Commerce implementation. In this role, she also people managed across countries of China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, France and South-east Asia.
Before General Mills, Cindy was in Samsung, Johnson & Johnson and started her career with Nestlé, where her consummate love for all things marketing developed.
